Terms of Service

By accessing Roomundo or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you book for other guests, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their details and accept relevant booking conditions for them.

These Terms govern use of the Roomundo website, search tools, booking flow and customer support. Additional conditions from the booking provider, payment provider or accommodation may also apply and will be shown or linked where relevant.

Roomundo is operated by Visit Online B.V. We provide a technology platform that displays accommodation information and rates received from booking providers, properties and content partners.

Unless Roomundo expressly states otherwise, the accommodation service itself is supplied by the property and the reservation inventory is supplied or confirmed by a third-party booking provider. We facilitate the transaction but do not operate the property or control the on-site stay.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a booking. Information you provide must be complete, current and accurate, including guest names, contact details, dates and occupancy.

If you use an account, you are responsible for keeping access details secure and for activity carried out through that account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or booking details have been used without permission.

Search results are invitations to book, not guaranteed offers. Availability, prices and conditions may change while you browse. A booking is complete only when the booking provider accepts it and a confirmation with a booking reference is issued.

Review the hotel, dates, guest details, room, board basis, cancellation conditions, currency and total before confirming. Tell us immediately if your confirmation contains an error. Requests such as room location, accessibility or late arrival are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the property or provider.

We may refuse or cancel a transaction before confirmation where the rate is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, a clear pricing error occurred, a security check fails or the provider cannot accept the booking. If funds were captured for a booking that cannot be confirmed, the appropriate reversal or refund process will be started.

The total and currency shown at checkout apply to the Roomundo transaction. Currency conversions shown elsewhere may be estimates. Taxes, resort fees, deposits or other charges payable at the property may apply where disclosed in the rate or property conditions.

Available payment methods are the methods displayed at checkout and may vary by booking, country and payment provider. Depending on the rate, payment may be taken at booking, later under the rate conditions or at the property.

Payment credentials are processed by our payment service providers. Roomundo receives transaction references and status information needed to administer the booking. Payment providers and banks may perform security, authentication and fraud checks under their own terms.

The cancellation and change rules displayed for the selected rate control whether a booking can be changed or cancelled and what charges apply. Some rates are non-refundable from the moment of booking. A no-show, late arrival or early departure may also result in charges.

A request to change or cancel is effective only after it is accepted and confirmed. If self-service is unavailable, contact Roomundo support as soon as possible. Contacting us does not pause a cancellation deadline.

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned through the original payment route. The time it takes to appear depends on the booking provider, payment system and your bank. Roomundo cannot guarantee a fixed settlement date.

You and your guests must comply with the property's check-in rules, identification requirements, age restrictions, occupancy limits, house rules and applicable local law. The property may request a payment card or security deposit at check-in where its conditions allow this.

You are responsible for travel documents, visas, health requirements, transport and arriving on time. You may be charged for damage, prohibited conduct or extra services in accordance with the property's rules and applicable law.

If a problem occurs during the stay, raise it promptly with the property and contact Roomundo so there is a reasonable opportunity to assist.

You must not:

• use Roomundo for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity;
• interfere with security, availability or normal operation;
• scrape, copy or systematically extract content without permission;
• submit malicious code or attempt unauthorised access; or
• resell a booking or use rate content commercially unless authorised.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, suppliers, the platform or legal compliance. We may also maintain, change or temporarily suspend parts of the service.

The Roomundo name, interface, software and original content are owned by Visit Online B.V. or its licensors. Hotel descriptions, images, ratings, facilities and reviews may be supplied by properties or third-party partners and remain subject to their rights.

Content is provided to help you evaluate accommodation. It may change and should not be republished, sold, reverse engineered or used to build a competing service without the relevant rights holder's permission.

We process personal data to operate searches, bookings, payments, support and security. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it and your data protection rights.

We take reasonable care in operating Roomundo, but third-party content, supplier systems and property services are outside our direct control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by a property, booking provider, payment provider, inaccurate information supplied by them or events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, business losses arising from consumer use, or losses you could reasonably have avoided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the maximum extent allowed by the law that applies to you.

Contact us first if you have a complaint so we can investigate. Include the booking reference, a clear description and relevant evidence. A complaint about the accommodation should also be raised with the property while you are there where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence. Dutch courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any right a consumer has to bring proceedings in another court under mandatory law.

We may update these Terms when the service, law or our business changes. The revision date at the top shows when this version took effect. Material changes may also be highlighted through the website or another appropriate channel.

Updated Terms apply to future use of Roomundo. They do not retroactively replace the rate conditions of a confirmed booking unless this is required by law or agreed with you.

Roomundo is operated by Visit Online B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98009346.
