A dharmshala kind of experience after spending 1700 per night for executive room. Seepage on every wall. Bathroom floor always wet.as no tiles on the floor. No wiper there. Geasure you need to request at 5 am first via phone then only they will switch on the master switch. TV there you can see any chanel as subscription is expired. No glass no electric cattle given. They said you need to ask it as some customer boild maggi in that and hence they don't give by default. Nearby plot of hotel has garbage dump. Only good thing was that it has lift.

The Hotel Vrinda Palace was very good.The Managers and other staffs behaviour was very good.It was situated in Chaitanya Vihar near Prem Mandir and Iskon Mandir.The rooms are very good and well maintained.The rooms are neat and clean.The Water quality was very good.The food quality was very good.The Services are very good and well maintained.The Manager Rahulji's behaviour was also very good.I wish again when ever I come to Vrindavan I will stay in the Hotel Vrinda Palace.Its location was good.

Room: The rooms were not as shown in the picture and in poor condition. The washrooms were not clean.I have paid a good amount but didn't expect this kind of room for the amount i paid. Service: Very poor service i booked 2 rooms with occupancy of 2 in each, but they provided only 1L water bottle in each room, since we were 4 they should have given 4 L water bottle for 4 of us. Location: Location was ok, no such complaint with the location.
