Sosnovy Bor Resort is located in the Skurchinsky Nature Reserve. The territory is 20 hectares of a protected nature reserve with direct access to a pebble-sandy beach. Nearby is Lake Skurcha, a salty-freshwater reservoir with rich ichthyofauna, where both marine and freshwater fish are found.
