Guesthouse On Abovyana 26

We spent the end of June as a couple in a two-person mini-house. It wasn't large, but it was enough for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and had a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, toilet, shower, and comfortable new mattresses. The grounds were cared for, with flowers and greenery, and we didn't see insects, mosquitoes, or flies. Luis, a Cuban, answered questions in Spanish, English, or through a translator. He understood some Russian and dealt with problems quickly. His cooking was delicious. The beach was around 50 meters away, not crowded, and the sea was magnificent. A market on the next street, 200 meters away, sold groceries, clothes, local alcohol, good draft beer, food from several canteens, and even office supplies. We also bought a local SIM card there with unlimited internet for 30 days. A good, quiet, budget-friendly option for a family holiday.

The hotel complex is only 100 meters from the sea, so reaching the cabin in hot weather is easy. The cabins are comfortable profiled-timber buildings rather than the panel houses often seen at resorts. Each has a shower, toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a small terrace with a table. The shady garden makes the terrace pleasant even in the heat, and families were cooking porridge there in the mornings. There is also a cafe on the grounds run by a Cuban chef, a very nice young man. We had breakfast there and were happy with his work. Artur, the owner, deserves special thanks for being so pleasant and genuinely concerned that guests are comfortable. Problems were resolved immediately. Rain lasted nearly our entire stay and it wasn't hot, but the atmosphere of the complex, and Artur personally, still made the vacation successful. Thanks again.

This is our third visit, and I definitely recommend it. The place is peaceful, practically uncrowded, and only 100 meters from the sea, which was perfect. The staff are friendly, the cabins are comfortable, and there is a dining area. The grounds are very green, with lemon, fig, palm, hydrangea, and much more.

The houses are ordinary, but the green grounds include a garden with tangerines, feijoas, and medlars. Artur was attentive and hospitable, and the sea was just 100 meters away. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and lots of children. A relaxing holiday, highly recommended!
