Park Hotel Galina Hotel

Administrator Nastya was always there and solved problems quickly, while animator Irina kept both children and adults entertained. Our large, bright two-room family room had air conditioning, TV, and a kettle, and it was cleaned every day. The heated pool includes a children’s area, and the grounds also have a swan pond, mini-zoo, café-disco, and dining room serving fresh, delicious food. The beach is equipped and only 300 meters away. Ruzanna’s varied excursions are fantastic and reasonably priced, with experienced drivers, especially Artur. We vacationed here in July 2025, and Park Hotel Galina is the best place in all of Abkhazia. After Alakhadze and Galina Park Hotel, Abkhazia has my love forever!

Our first visit to Abkhazia was unforgettable, and we’re already planning to return next year to the Galina Park Hotel on Morskaya 10. Anastasia welcomed us and checked us in immediately. The spacious, cozy room had new amenities, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, and Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel. Meals, towel changes, cleaning, and a large pool were all provided. The nearby beach was uncrowded and had free loungers and a canopy. The owners were kind and worked hard to make the stay special, and Verochka cleaned the room wonderfully. Ruzanna and Artur took us to Mount Mamzyshkha, where we enjoyed mountain air, quiet, clouds below us, shashlik, and wine, and the waterfalls were amazing too. Abkhazia completely captivated us. Thank you for the hospitality!

Marina, the administrator, made our stay especially pleasant with her warmth, quick help, and thoughtful advice. Victoria’s home-style cooking at the on-site mini-cafe was delicious, including shawarma and French fries. The hotel is comfortable for families with children as well as younger guests. Our rooms were neat and cleaned about every two days, with body, foot, and face towels, a refrigerator, kettle, TV with social media access, and stable Wi-Fi on every floor. The beach was just 3-4 minutes away and had a designated area with loungers. The grounds also offered a pool, loungers, a sand-washing shower, barbecue area, and a small fish lake that the kids loved. Shops and a reasonably priced cafeteria were nearby. We booked the "15 in 1" excursion outside the hotel, and Artur created an excellent, positive experience. We booked two rooms directly with the owners at the end of July and highly recommend the place.

The huge, well-maintained pool and the park with swans and many animals were real highlights, and the sauna was a hit too. There’s a bar-disco on site where I had fun until midnight, as well as a dining room right at the hotel. The sea is close. Ruzanna is experienced, sociable, and cheerful, so she’s a great choice for excursions. The staff were pleasant and organized, and Marina showed me around, explained everything, and checked me into the best rooms. I had a wonderful, unforgettable stay and recommend this cozy place.
