“Black Sea” cottages

The room itself was generally fine, but the soundproofing was poor. The walls are right next to the neighboring ones, so almost every noise carries through. The beachfront location is the main advantage. Cafes and shops are within walking distance, and we stayed there in November 2022 at a reasonable rate. There is a small parking area behind the cottages, although low cars may have trouble getting in.

The guesthouse's location is hard to beat, right on the beach. Our room looked out over the sea, and the sunset with the sound of the waves was stunning. A market, shops, and plenty of places to eat are nearby. There is also reliable Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, and a kettle for making or frying something yourself. The room is small but has a double bed, a child's fold-out sofa, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a TV. Cleaning, however, was basically nonexistent. The women spent ten minutes on it, less time than I need to brush my teeth, and we had to beg them to clean during the stay. At 7,000 rubles a night, this feels excessive. Honestly, it should be more like 3,000-4,000. Everyone can decide for themselves.

We stayed at the end of October 2022 and liked the hotel. It was clean, there was a separate kitchen, and the rooms had both a refrigerator and a phone. The staff were helpful and explained everything we needed to know. There is access to the beach and a sea view, while the market and shops are nearby.

This is a small enclosed piece of land right on the shore, surrounded by a snow-white fence. It contains 5-6 separate rooms, each with a bedroom and private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guests share a kitchen and barbecue area, and there are tables outside. It's suited to travelers who want to fall asleep and wake up to the sea, then drink coffee on the shore. One warning, though, not every taxi driver can find the place 🤭🤭
