Boutique hotel AIMARA

We arrived on June 12, 2025, an hour before check-in, and they still let us into the room. Inal greeted my son and me warmly and showed us around. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The nearby railway wasn't disruptive at all. A ginger dog lives on the grounds and welcomes guests when they arrive and leave. The property is full of flowers and feels very beautiful and cozy. The sea is close, with few people, a lovely embankment, a colonnade, and lots of places for photos. The hotel has its own cafe serving delicious home-style food. Get the shashlik, you won't regret it. Prices are very reasonable. We're coming back in August and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!!! 🔥

We booked a room for three through the island with breakfast included, but once there we were told breakfast wasn't provided for every person. We could supposedly pay up to 500 rubles, then cover the rest ourselves. So why advertise breakfast as included? For that price, we could have chosen another hotel with normal breakfasts. At 9 am they knocked loudly on the door while we were sleeping, waking us to remind us that check-out was at 12. That was three hours early. Later, the electricity kept going off and coming back on for quite a while. It was very hot outside, and with the air conditioner not working, staying in the room was impossible.

Our room was pleasant and had a sea view, plus a great balcony. The hotel cafe serves good food. The location is only average because the railway and a fairly busy street are right beside it. Trains pass twice a day, which wasn't especially bothersome, but crossing the street is harder, since drivers rarely let pedestrians through at the crossings. One inconvenience is that the refrigerator and air conditioning switch off when you leave the room. The sea is reached through another hotel.

This was horrible. We booked through Booking.com two months ahead, then were told two weeks before arrival that a system error meant there was no room for us. No compensation, nothing. Finding a decent hotel with only two weeks left is practically impossible, so why take an advance payment at all? It's also unclear how the money is transferred back to a card. My parents eventually stayed here while we were placed 2 km away. The refrigerator only runs when someone is in the room. Basically, it's just somewhere to sleep, with no service and no customer care.
