My hearing improved during the Endoecological Rehabilitation program of Professor Y. Levin, and the experience felt like a real holiday. I was told the hearing change was a side effect of the complex. One ear had 1/2 hearing loss and the other 3/4. Now, on the fourth day after completing the 10-day course, it feels like 1/8-1/4 in both ears, I can communicate with people without problems, and it still seems to be improving. There wasn't a single ache or malaise that ERL failed to alleviate at least somewhat, and several changes were significant. I still have slight weakness, so I continue the program at home to reinforce the effects. The sea, positive sensations, and changes all helped. God bless the creator of ERL, Yuri Markovich Levin, along with Fatima Akhmetovna Kurievna and Mikhail Pikalov, who implemented the program and sent me to Abkhazia. Thanks also to the SPA and hotel staff, coach Natalia, the nursing staff, and head physician Natalya Vikotorovna Leontyeva for the thorough, comprehensive approach, professionalism, and kindness. We patients could do nothing but recover and cleanse ourselves in every sense. There are incredible holy places, ancient churches, myrrh-streaming icons, and a very friendly population. Even if it takes effort, don't skip the morning exercises with the trainer on the beach or in the pool with heated seawater. Paradise, or at least its earthly threshold. Thanks!

The beautiful sea, clear water, mountains, trees, and flowering bushes were the best part. Unfortunately, the hotel itself started the vacation badly. We arrived after 10 hours on the road with a child, but were told to wait our turn for check-in, with no welcome, tea, coffee, water, or alternative arrangement. We were not offered somewhere to change into swimsuits or use the pool and café. The parking advertised on the website was only a small area where cars happened to be parked. The hotel and meals cost a lot, but the staff were indifferent and couldn't find solutions or smooth things over. The food was bland and repetitive, with a very limited choice and hard, unripe fruit. Both the adult and child had stomach problems. We were in the second food shift, so much of what we found was left over. For us, staying with meals was not worth it. Four stars is overpriced, two at most. The thin walls made the room noisy, and the refrigerator was rusty and humming. Some parts needed repair or replacement. Daily mini-cleaning meant taking out trash, replacing toilet paper as needed, supplying 1.5 liters of water, and possibly vacuuming, though we couldn't tell. The beds and towels were fine, and the Wi-Fi was fairly stable. The excursions were also disappointing. Nature was beautiful, but the actual destination lasted only 1-1.5 hours while the rest was travel and overpriced tastings. I paid 700 rubles for a box of marmalade on one tour, then saw it for 300 rubles in a city shop, so I won't buy anything else through the excursion. We booked through a travel agency. The overall impression depends heavily on the customer service staff, and in our case their professionalism and attitude need major improvement.

For around 100,000 for 4, maybe this hotel would make sense, but paying 200,000₽ for 4 felt unreasonable. We got rotavirus in the first days, though people here apparently all go through it. After that, entering the restaurant was nearly impossible because it smelled terrible, and the food was disgusting with almost nothing to eat. Adults have little to do. Alcohol isn't included, and the non-alcoholic choices are apple juice, compote, tea, and coffee. There are two pools, but they're so small you barely have room to move. Drinking water is available in only one place, beside building 1. The only real advantages were the location and the room we happened to get. I wouldn't call it a pleasant place.

The hotel sits right on the seafront, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in early. Inna's massages were a real highlight, and the spa treatments were excellent. I don't want to focus on the drawbacks, because the natural beauty and the staff's attitude make up for them. I'd recommend it for family holidays. 👍
