We came back from Gagra after arranging everything through Elena and Boris Yuryevich. Their service was straightforward and better than expected. Everything happened exactly as agreed, with no surprises. If one option wasn't suitable, they immediately offered another, without unnecessary words or emotion. Our room was clean, cozy, and fabulous, with everything working. The neighbors kept to themselves, and the administration was sincere. The sea was 50 steps away, and the main street was the same distance. Elena and Boris met us, accommodated us, and saw us off, all at the highest level. They really showed how vacationers should be treated, and that was even surprising. If the living conditions aren't enough for someone, they can pay a little more and get better ones. As for us, many thanks again to Elena and Boris. Success in business and happiness in your personal life! Abkhazia is super class!

May is when we come to this house every year, while there are still few tourists. The beach is clean, wide, and quiet, the sea is clear, and the music from the coastal cafes isn't as loud as it is in summer. The only drawback is that the water is still cool, though everything is relative. Spring is simply the most relaxing time for us. As on our other visits, we stayed in a double room with a separate entrance, nicknamed "Sea Room" :))). This year the grapevines had grown so thick that we climbed a ladder through them. Mulberries beside the house and garage were ripening in the twenties, roses were flowering by the vines, and medlars in the neighboring garden were nearly ripe. The owner said everything was ready two weeks earlier because winter had been very warm. Boat trips leave directly from the house. We went to the white cliffs for an hour and a half, paying 700 rubles per person. In May, the room with all amenities cost us just 350 rubles per person per night, or 700 rubles for the two of us. Double rooms start at 500 rubles in summer, so spring is a great bargain. Sun loungers on the beach cost 100 rubles a day, while we paid 350 rubles for a room with amenities and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is free and quite fast. There are two outdoor kitchens, but we ate at Mzia's bakery right next door. The pastries were always fresh in the morning, and hot dishes could be ordered all day. We love coming here in spring, which is why we return every year. Thank you, Boris Yuryevich, for your hospitality!

We visited in 2016 and had reserved a room in advance through the official website, choosing the top room with panoramic windows. They quoted us a price and said payment would be made on arrival, so we arrived expecting a luxurious stay. Instead, we discovered that the supposed room was actually an office. We were shocked and then had to stand in line while check-in seemed to happen simply wherever there was free space. We ate fish soup while waiting. A sea-view room became available and was offered to us, but after the confusion we didn't really want to inspect it or start searching again. We'd just endured a 24-hour train ride and mainly wanted a shower. While we were deciding, the owner, Boris, said, "You'll take it, otherwise I'll give it to someone else." So we accepted. The room cost 1500 rubles, but even the finish wasn't worth that. It used the cheapest materials, so cheap you could get a splinter from them. There wasn't really a kitchen, only stoves in the hallway and dying electric kettles, unless they've been replaced, of course. Boris is a greedy and unreliable person. If you want to reach the seaside and settle in without hassle, avoid this place. Its only advantages are being close to the sea and being a fairly well-known place to stay. I still enjoyed my trip to Abkhazia. We took five different excursions, and the Abkhazians were always entertaining. Have a comfortable and enjoyable vacation, everyone.
