We are staying here in July 2025, two adults with children aged 10 and 15. This is our first visit to Abkhazia, so I can't compare the hotel with others, but after walking around Gagra it seemed like the newest and most modern one we had seen. It works well for families with or without children. The sea is 50 meters away, and an amusement park, shops, cafés, and a market are all close. The grounds are small, cozy, and well kept, so they won't suit anyone looking for a huge garden. There is a heated freshwater pool, a terrace bar, a small children's playground, a private beach, free loungers and umbrellas, and entertainers by the pool. Our 45 m2 two-room family room was clean and orderly. The white bed linen was fresh, and every guest had a bathrobe, slippers, foot towels, hand towels, after-shower towels, and dark beach towels. There was also a large closet, refrigerator, kettle, safe, tea, and drinking water, but no minibar. Every room has a balcony or terrace. The food was delicious and varied across breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, lunch from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. White and red wine are served only in the dining room at dinner. Thank you to the owner and the whole staff. Everything was fantastic, and I highly recommend the hotel.

I've stayed in many hotels in Abkhazia, so I have plenty to compare this with. This place earns five stars from me. It's cozy, warm, and simply wonderful, and from now on I'll stay here on weekends. A huge thank you to the owner and the entire staff. Great job!

I enjoyed both my spring and fall stays. The place was comfortable and cozy, with the sea within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and the food was excellent.

The location is hard to improve on, and the food was excellent by Abkhazian standards. The bed was comfortable too, although the wallpaper beside it was peeling. In the evening, noise and music from the Zhemchuzhina café were irritating. Apart from that, everything was fine.

My mom and I were thrilled with the room's view of both the sea and the mountains. The staff were friendly, the buffet had lots of varied choices, and the place had everything we needed to be comfortable. We really enjoyed it.
