We arrived with our children after prepaying for three days, and were then asked how much we would pay for the remaining 21 days. The response was, "We'll see how your children behave." For the first two days everything was quiet on our side, we went to the sea and beach and relaxed normally. 😁 On the third day we paid 250 rubles per laundry load and left two loads of clothes to be washed. The owner then came over and said that his blood pressure was because of our laundry. 😳 We started looking for somewhere else to stay after washing those two loads. The owner kept following us around the yard. I don't recommend this place unless you want to be thrown out soon. 😔

My friend and I stayed in September and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was part of our package, and lunch and dinner were available for an additional fee. The food was excellent, and the balcony views were beautiful. The beach was literally three minutes away. A special thank-you to Lala! Greetings from Lyuba and Khatuna!

A guesthouse with all the necessary conveniences. We stayed in August 2022 and would give it a solid 4. Everything was basically fine. If you're unsure, choose this option.

Abkhazian hospitality is definitely real. Still, I’d separate that from the level of hotel service, because they aren’t quite the same thing.

We’ve stayed here three years running and have loved it every time. The hosts are incredibly kind, and the sea, cafes, and shops are all close enough to reach on foot. A wonderful place, highly recommended!
