Mandarinovy Sad Mini-hotel

The house is at the foot of the mountain, and the view from the window is beautiful. The sea takes about 15 minutes to reach on foot. There is a large shared kitchen, spacious gazebos with tables, and everything necessary for a comfortable room stay. The hosts are warm and welcoming, making the place feel like home. I strongly recommend it, and we'll definitely return.

We stayed as a group of four this year, and this was my sixth trip to Abkhazia. The Mandarin Garden Guesthouse was an excellent choice for a quiet holiday, good conversations, and beautiful views. My second-floor room faced the courtyard, while the balcony looked over the sea and part of the city. It had a hairdryer, shower, toilet, beds, TV, and air conditioning, and the rooms were cleaned almost every day. The walk to the sea takes 10-15 minutes if you use Lakoba Street, go toward the Dolphinarium, and cross the railway tracks instead of going through the market. There is a shop on Lakoba Road that takes cards, along with two reliable cafes where we ate well. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. I want to come back.

The hosts are warm and accommodating, almost like family. They're friendly, helpful, hardworking, and not focused on squeezing money out of guests. When I asked Ilona when I had to leave, she simply said I could check out whenever convenient. I had booked a budget room without a balcony for one night, but Ilona moved me to a huge room with a balcony. The shared kitchen has every kind of utensil, from small items to large ones, and feels just like home. The terrace is beautiful, the barbecue area is excellent, and all the equipment for grilling is provided. We had a great barbecue. Their children were coming back from the seaside and picking grapes in the yard, and Ilona's husband, Milor, offered them some and invited them to take grapes home. Everyone in this hardworking family is sociable. We'll return and definitely recommend staying with Ilona and Milor. Everything is superb!!!

We stayed in August 2024 and didn't want to leave. The hosts, Ilona and Milor, were friendly without being intrusive, and whenever we asked for advice or help, they were ready to respond. The room was clean, the linens fresh, and everything worked. A shared kitchen was available, and there was an iron and ironing board on the floor. The road to the sea was pleasant, and the other guests were all nice people :) If we return to Abkhazia, we'll come here again. Ilona and Milor, thank you so much for the vacation!
