We were lucky enough to receive free early check-in because our room was ready. The hotel is clean, cozy, and provides excellent service. Its location is perfect, close to everything. Highly recommended, and thank you!

Being right on the beach is fantastic, and the sea is wonderful. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. I was especially grateful for the caring, responsive service from the receptionist, Madonna🥰🥰🥰

Our family liked the calm, safe atmosphere and the hotel's position right by the first beach, with only the promenade between it and the sea. The beach is pleasant, and free loungers and umbrellas are provided. There is also a sea-view cafe and bar, while inexpensive, good-quality air-conditioned eateries are close by. The food at the hotel is fine. The room had a clean, mold-free bathroom, a boiler for constant hot water, a plasma TV, refrigerator, comfortable beds, and everything else needed. I was short of a couple of plates and utensils, but reception supplied them when asked. Laundry can be done in the washing machine for a fee. One clarification about payment: when I asked about paying by card, they said yes, but this actually meant transferring money by mobile phone. That seems to be common almost everywhere, as only the pharmacy had a cashless payment terminal. Internet access is always provided, so transfers can be made whether you're on land, on water, or in the mountains. You can definitely choose this hotel.

The two-room suite was my favorite. It was well equipped for a comfortable stay, with one balcony looking toward the mountains and the other toward the sea. The hotel is directly on the beachfront, with its own private beach and sun loungers. There are some drawbacks. A few rooms smell of sewage from the pipes, and the central Gagra location means cafes on both sides play loud music. The bass comes through clearly and makes falling asleep at night difficult.
