Dmitry and his assistant, Ella, are warm and helpful, and Ella keeps cleaning during the day. The courtyard is tidy, with tables, chairs, a barbecue, and a gazebo. The kitchen is almost like home and has what you need for cooking. The rooms are clean and include a TV, chest of drawers with a warm blanket, bedside table, hangers, air conditioning, towels, and a mirror. The sea is within walking distance, about 10 minutes with a child, and pharmacies and other things are nearby. This is a good budget option if you understand what you're booking. People expecting an expensive hotel with a private bathroom and breakfast should choose one of those instead. If someone leaves a mess in the toilet or kitchen sink, that isn't Ella's fault. Keep expectations simple and everything is fine. I recommend it.

A great place with genuinely warm hospitality and everything you want from a resort stay. Dmitry's signature tours were memorable and left a lasting impression.

The hosts are kind and friendly, and the room and shower were clean. I cooked there, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes. Getting from the train station by minibus was easy, and I found the house quickly. It felt a bit like visiting my grandmother in the village, which suited me. There were few tourists because it was the off-season, and the price matched the quality. A very good choice for a budget trip.

Dmitry provided us with a wonderful stay, and we enjoyed his individual excursions very much. The sea is only a 7-10 minute walk away, with shops and pharmacies close by. The rooms are tidy and have a TV and air conditioning, with some also having a refrigerator. The kitchen contains everything needed to prepare food. The courtyard is kept clean, with kiwi, mandarins, grapes, and bay leaves growing there, plus a barbecue and gazebo for relaxing. We highly recommend it.

Three of us, including a child, paid 1200 rubles per night, although the original quote was 800 rubles. At 400 rubles per bed, the price seems high for May. If you stay, smell the room carefully first. The rugs may have been washed, because ours smelled like rotten carpet.
