Pshandra Hotel

The staff were kind and helpful, like good relatives, and the grounds were full of flowers and plants. We stayed from June 7th to 14th, 2025, and the sea was only 10 seconds away. In the evening it was wonderful to eat outside while listening to the waves, watching dolphins, and seeing moonlight on the water. The beach is fenced, so there were no extra people and it felt very safe. Sun loungers are free. The cafe was fantastic. The Khapapuri boat was amazing at 250 rubles, and the kitchen staff deserve thanks. Khinkali, 5 pieces for 400 rubles, were large, juicy, and delicious. There are other cafes within 10-15 minutes, but the hotel cafe was better and cheaper. Even champagne at Magnit was 420 rubles, compared with 400 rubles at the hotel. The grounds were cleaned every morning. We didn't need daily room cleaning because we're tidy, but the sheets and towels were changed every three days. We were told from the start that the receptionist could be contacted at any time, and the phone numbers were in the room. The hotel may seem far from the main road, but excursions near Magnit were only a 10-minute walk away. Transport collected us there and returned us directly to the hotel.

Quiet and cozy, away from the busy city. The clean air, sound of the surf, pleasant atmosphere, and polite smiling staff made it a relaxing getaway. Thank you for the hospitality. Getting there was difficult because I hadn't booked a transfer, but the return arrangements solved the problem. They even extended my stay, which I appreciated. 🙏🤝🌤💚🌏😇

Pshandra is a quiet, homelike place, and after two weeks I still didn't want to leave. The people working there were exceptionally kind. We booked meals, and the food was homemade in the best sense, delicious, natural, and served in portions so large that we couldn't finish everything. The rooms were spacious, with new furniture and everything we needed. The bar was excellent and could make whatever we wanted. The beaches were clean, and loungers were brought out and arranged every morning. This is ideal for a peaceful holiday, but anyone looking for parties and entertainment should choose somewhere else.

After six days here, I can say the place is amazing. The sea is literally two steps away, and the garden has peaches, lemons, and pomegranates. I was especially pleased that the hotel is a proper solid building with good walls, not a cardboard house. You can't hear the neighbors, not even the neighbor's children. The negative reviews had worried me, but now I think they may have come from unhappy or extremely picky people, the kind who could even complain about swallows' nests. When I get home I'll update this review, but for now, if you want to enjoy the sea and Abkhazian nature, you can be very happy here.
