Volna Hotel

It felt like love at first sight, and we already want to return, even though we never stay at the same hotel twice! The warm, clean pool and delicious food were wonderful. Our room was fantastic, everything looked new, and housekeeping was daily, with plenty of water and soap. We were welcomed with champagne and checked in as soon as we arrived, three hours before the stated time. Thank you for a perfect vacation ❤️💖💋

The beach is about a 5-minute walk away beside the park, and the large mirrored elevator was another nice feature. I stayed in October and was lucky with the weather. My single-use double room was clean, with crisp white sheets, towels, and a robe. Linens and towels were changed regularly, and the shower always had shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and liquid soap. The room also included air conditioning, TV, a refrigerator, kettle, mugs, spoons, a new hair dryer, and new plumbing. Tea, sugar, and bottled water were replaced daily, and cleaning and trash removal were done too. Angela, the maid on the 4th floor, was attentive and friendly. The whole staff smiled, helped, and tried to solve any stay-related problem. Sofia and Alisa at reception, along with Anastasia, who organizes excursions, made a good impression. Thank you to the dining room staff for plentiful, tasty meals, and to Margarita Vladimirovna for the delicious dessert.

The Volga Hotel was awesome, and we highly recommend it. We stayed on July 9th and truly appreciated the hospitality and kindness shown to our guests. Anastasia was especially helpful with the excursions, explaining everything clearly and assisting us. She's a very nice girl. We'll definitely come back next year. 🏨

The food was simply impeccable, and the grounds were beautiful. We loved the cozy room and the wonderful, helpful staff. An excellent hotel, thank you so much!
