Del Mar Hotel

The beach is beautiful and clean, the sea is close, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly. It's simply charming and has a special place in my heart 💙 Thank you, and I wish the hotel prosperity and many grateful guests!

The location is good, but the service was surprisingly unfriendly. The season ending shouldn't affect the staff's mood or their willingness to cook, especially when guests are still there and have paid for the establishment. My dinner was refused twice, with staff repeatedly saying they were tired after the season. We wanted to eat by the sea and enjoy the view in the evening, but instead had to go to the Mamalyga dining room, where people sit eating and drinking beer until 8:00 PM. The administrator and bartender were unsmiling and unhelpful. I had to go to the bar myself to place an order and collect the bill, even though there were only four guest tables. Service should be better even for a small number of customers. In early October, there weren't even small beer snacks available. I work in the service industry and have always remembered to stay friendly and smile until the last customer, including at the end of the season. Good luck and prosperity to your establishment. The best thing is the location. I stepped out of my room, walked a few steps, and was already on the beach. The rooms are pleasant, each with its own umbrella and sun loungers, and the cafe serves tasty food. Service is friendly in tone but somewhat slow.

The sea, beach bar, and sun loungers are all close to the hotel, which was very convenient. Our room was clean and cozy, and the staff were polite and attentive. The hotel and restaurant were excellent, and throughout the whole stay I never had a bad meal. I really enjoyed the food 😋🥰
