The sea itself is clean and fine, and the nature in Abkhazia is excellent. The beach has medium-sized pebbles, so walking is difficult but possible. As for the rest, if you want to ruin your vacation, welcome to the Dolphin. The staff were rude. Seventeen people here had vomiting and diarrhea, which we attributed to food poisoning from the cafeteria. There are no coolers except one in the cafeteria, and even there they serve tap water. A temperature of 39°C (102°F), vomiting, and diarrhea are basically guaranteed when visiting this place. Bring pills and be careful. The doctor won't come to you.

There aren't many rooms, which means there aren't many people, and the location is excellent. The property is beautiful and has its own arranged beach, something other hotels in Pitsunda and Lidzava don't have. The food is tasty and good, although the selection isn't very varied. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with daily cleaning and towel changes.

The grounds are beautiful and carefully maintained, with birds singing and the smell of flowers and pine needles everywhere. The private beach is within walking distance, and the sea is clean. The rooms are decent, room service is excellent, and they'll rearrange or move things right away if needed. The food is 5+, especially the desserts, which are to die for.

You won't go hungry here, the food is excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the sea, with a pine park on the grounds. We're not planning to sit in our rooms or hang around the kitchen, we want to enjoy everything around us. It's simply amazing here!
