We booked from June 8, 2025, but left on the second night because the room was filthy. The blankets had stains that looked like unwashed blood, the musty towels had stains and weren't replaced, dead insects covered the floor, and the toilet smelled. The table was so dirty that, after seeing the napkin I used to wipe it, they admitted tables were never cleaned. Apparently guests are also expected to wash the glasses left by previous visitors. Our balcony was a shared walk-through for the entire floor, so neighbors or strangers could come by. The worst smell came from a hose running from the septic tank over the neighboring fence, reeking of fecal matter. Breakfasts were tasteless, some food was rotten, and the menu was simply poor rather than budget-friendly. The cooks did not seem professional. Staff gathered on the veranda and watched people at the pool, which felt completely insensitive. The hotel is on a dump, and the approach roads are full of potholes and puddles that remain even in hot weather. Walking 700-800 meters to the sea along them is disgraceful. My husband and I ran away from the Bougainvillea Hotel that morning and found another clean hotel for half the price, with a wonderful view, tasty breakfasts, and beautiful rooms. I don't recommend this place. Photo 1: a sewage hose over the fence. Photo 2: the view is not charming at all. Photo 3: dead insects on the floor. Photo 4: a stained, smelly towel. I didn't manage to photograph the breakfasts, roads, or staff by the pool. Words fail me, it was awful.

There are some service issues, but nothing critical, and the hotel has a rather Turkish feel. The pool's water quality is monitored constantly, and there is a bar serving cocktails, beer, and hookah. Shops and cafes are close by. Reaching the sea starts awkwardly, because you have to cross a path through a vacant lot that cows have "mined", but after that the walk is fine. A good hotel overall.

When my friend and I stayed here in 2022, everything felt luxurious, modern, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had everything we needed, each one with a balcony, and the second-floor terrace was beautiful. Breakfast came as a buffet with plenty of choices, and the girls cooked very well. Lunch or dinner could be ordered, including grilled dishes, and we were very happy with the food. The only small drawback was the route to the sea, which went past other hotels instead of taking us directly there. Even so, the service and facilities more than made up for that. I hear there's now a pool, which is great news. We'll be back.

From September 13th to September 21st, 2022, we stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff were excellent, the service was top-notch, and the food tasted homemade. A huge thank you to everyone. We wish the whole team health, happiness, and success in everything they do.

The place is quiet and peaceful, and the beach isn't far away. Our room had everything necessary, and the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and filling, while the lunch set available for an extra fee was excellent. You can order other food as well, and the price matched the quality. I recommend this hotel.
