Sea Breeze Guest House

We stayed for two weeks, and it felt like one day because the holiday was so enjoyable. The weather wasn't especially good, but there was still plenty to do. Our room was spacious, tidy, and clean, with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and glasses for tea. It was right by the beach, only 10 meters away, and enclosed parking was available. The rooms are fully equipped, and I definitely plan to come back.

The owners are terribly greedy and do nothing to accommodate guests. Rooms aren't cleaned, the drains clog, and they expect visitors to clear them themselves. The bathroom lock was broken, but nobody wanted to repair it, and there was nowhere to dry clothes. A terrible hotel with terrible owners.

The hosts are friendly, sociable, and willing to answer questions. Pets are allowed, which is the biggest advantage for me. We stayed in a two-story house with one room on each floor, and also in a multi-room house, where the cleaning was more frequent and better. The terrace was cleaned twice a day, something I appreciated because I walk there barefoot. We paid 5,500 rubles per day in August 2022. Like anywhere, there are both pros and cons.

We've been returning for 10 years. We've tried other places, but for the price, quality, and location, this one is simply ideal. The hosts, Nastya and Ovik, are kind and friendly. Excellent hotel.
