The sea is crystal clear, the beach goes on forever, and the sunsets are unbelievable. It’s peaceful here, the food is simple and tasty, and the smell of everything in bloom is wonderful. This is a quiet place for retirees and introverts, not discos, crowds, or drunken naked fights. Our family of three, father, mother, and 12-year-old daughter, stayed from June 4, 2025, to June 15, 2025. We drove from Belarus in our own car and found plenty of guest parking inside. Cameras are monitored, and the dogs and people are supervised. There are rooms in a three-story building and, when available, bungalows on the first beach, with the sea right there. The Maldivian-style decoration is a fun idea, with swings, loungers, and plenty of Instagram-friendly spots. The owners also run Aqua Palm, three minutes away along the beach. It is similar, but has chalets, or wooden houses, instead of bungalows, and felt more suitable for an introvert like me. We spent part of our time there before leaving. I don't know the price, but it seems a little more expensive than the Resort, though not by much. The owners and staff are all friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. Ariel is especially helpful, so ask him if you need anything. The staff include Sultan and Ariel – hiiiiiiiit! This isn't the place for someone demanding perfectly crisp white sheets, daily towel changes, or towels folded into swans. It also may not suit anyone bothered by stray animals on the beach or right beside lunch)))) We fed all the animals nearby and even chose favorites)))) The food was comfortable and uncomplicated, and the whole stay felt easy. I almost didn't recommend it because I don't want everyone to come and turn it into a hotspot. But I wanted to wish the guys well, so I posted after all. Thank you so much from Minsk!

We spent June 2024 here and loved the calm, quiet atmosphere. The sea is clear, and the beautiful shoreline is sandy with pebbles closer to the water. Dolphins appeared every day. The food is simple, homemade, and delicious. The African staff are friendly and speak Russian. The grounds are small but have plenty of room, including a playground, several gazebos, and a swimming pool that wasn't open. There are 10 cottages by the beach and a main three-story building. Hotel guests have umbrellas, hammocks, and sun loungers on the beach. There aren't any attractions nearby, so we drove, which was convenient and let us get wherever we needed to go. I recommend it 👌

Good afternoon to our favorite hotel! 😍 For three years in a row, we spent 19 days with you each time and always found the conditions wonderful for families with children and for everyone else. We made so many new friends there, from both Russia and Abkhazia 👍 This year, unfortunately, circumstances mean we can't come, even though we booked our long-awaited 19 days back in February... 🥲 We are incredibly grateful that you agreed to return our deposit. 😘

The water views and easy access to activities make Aqua Resort Hotel a lovely choice for a seaside break. It's 10 kilometers from downtown Sukhum, and reasonably priced transfers to different attractions can be arranged. The beachfront bungalows feel cozy, while the private rooms are comfortable too. Both options have a TV, bathroom, and air conditioning, and the café serves set meals. Everything comes together well for a restful holiday.
