We arrived at 4 in the morning and were welcomed beautifully. The hosts were fantastic, and when we wanted grilled meat skewers, Rafik arranged it and even went to get the meat. Everything felt warm and homelike. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was spacious, and there was a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and everything else needed for a comfortable stay. The sea is just a couple of steps away, with the market and shops nearby. Karina and Raf, thank you so much for the lovely holiday 😘. We'll be back in July 🏖️🏝️🏞️.

We keep returning because this place feels like home. It's clean, cozy, quiet, and safe, with lovely well-kept grounds and beautiful gazebos. The sea is close, and there are cafes everywhere if you don't feel like cooking. You can also use a refrigerator, stove, and washing machine. The other guests are wonderful too. Some have become friends. Hello, Saratov! Hello, Romka! Willie, our wonderful dog, is kind and clever. He knows his own people and doesn't let strangers in. The owners are the best on the whole coast and are always ready to help with any question. Karina, Raf, and Alla Ovanesovna, see you soon!

We'd gladly stay again. The hotel is attractive and comfortable, only five minutes from the sea. Our room had new furniture, air conditioning, and perfectly clean bedding. The hostess was pleasant and never intrusive. My family and I really enjoyed it, and I recommend the place.
