The sea is about 300 meters away, and the beach has the simple, natural look typical of Abkhazia. The three-story house has a rooftop deck with wonderful views over the sea and the surrounding area. On the grounds there is parking, a sports area with a pull-up bar and parallel bars, a gym for exercise and yoga, and a good sauna.
