The sea is about 300 meters away, and the beach has the simple, natural look typical of Abkhazia. The three-story house has a rooftop deck with wonderful views over the sea and the surrounding area. On the grounds there is parking, a sports area with a pull-up bar and parallel bars, a gym for exercise and yoga, and a good sauna.

Everything was perfect again, just as it has been on our previous stay. The place was warm, clean, and comfortable, and any questions we had were quickly sorted out with help from the owner, Elena. Thank you so much for the kind welcome.

We had a wonderful vacation here with our three children. The service was great, the rooms had beautiful views, and everything felt warm and well maintained. My husband and I had already stayed here in January, so coming back was an easy choice. We’re from St. Petersburg.

A pleasant guest house with a spacious courtyard and a view of the sea. There’s a kitchen, parking, a sauna, a yoga room, and a table tennis area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and both the hostess and the staff were polite and attentive. I really enjoyed staying here.
