Hotel Phanakopi

The sea is right across the road, and the kids have a playground to keep them busy. We especially liked the two-room suite with separate entrances, which was very convenient with children. Every floor has verandas with a table for each room. There's also a fantastic cafe within walking distance, better than the city center, with huge, delicious portions. The hotel is very beautiful and cozy, 10 out of 10!

Thanks to everyone who leaves reviews, because that helped us choose this hotel and we weren't disappointed. The location is excellent: the market, beach, park, railway station, and pharmacy are all within walking distance. There is a cozy breakfast cafe on the first floor. Our room had a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a small balcony covered with flowering jasmine and roses. Special thanks to Ilona and Oksana, who were willing to help with every question. The children could safely use the playground below our windows. There is spacious parking, a laundry room with three washing machines on the first floor, and a terrace with tables overlooking the sea. You made our vacation perfect, thank you 💛🧡❤️

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation here. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and worthy of 5*, with large balconies, great service, and smiling staff. Oksanochka, you're wonderful! We also still remember your signature khachapuri. Nearby are the New Athos Cave, fortress, New Athos Monastery, Divny Sad swan park, Psyrtskha waterfall and station, Stalin's dachas, and the Church of St. Simon on the mountain. The beaches are pristine and incomparable to those in Sochi. You can also visit Lake Ritsa, the Sukhumi embankment, the hot healing natural springs, and Georgia. We recommend this hotel on the Black Sea coast to everyone.

The rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds, a shower and toilet, kettle, and refrigerator. The sea is 100 meters away, and the hostess and staff are wonderful. Our only complaint was the cafe across the street, where very loud music played every evening until 11 PM.
