The sandy and pebble beach is only five minutes away. The villa feels very cozy, with a clean, comfortable room and a friendly host.

The sea is magnificent, and the wild beaches are usually nearly empty. A good beach takes about 20-25 minutes on foot along a gravel road, while New Athos center is an 8-10-minute drive away. The villa is a modern building with new, comfortable rooms, each with air conditioning, a shower, and a toilet. Georgiy is always there and very willing to help. There are two nearby cafes in local houses, serving tasty, inexpensive food made fresh. The Magnit in town is more like a kiosk.

This was our second stay at Villa Blues Hotel, and the rooms were still clean, well-kept, and fitted with new, high-quality things. We ate lunch and dinner next door at the hotel, where Emma, Teya, and Araik prepared delicious home-style food with real Abkhazian hospitality. Georgiy is a wonderfully welcoming host who explains everything, shows you around, and checks what you need. Thank you!
