The WiFi was available, but it was so poor that I ended up buying a local SIM card and using mobile internet instead. There were regular power outages at night, and the mosquito nets were torn. The shower had a leaking ceiling and slippery tiles. The paid "laundry" was really just access to a washing machine. There was nowhere to hang clothes because the hangers were always occupied by the hostess's laundry. Service was basically absent. We had to change the linens ourselves after asking three times, and the room was not cleaned either. The hostess also asks Booking.com guests to cancel their reservations so she can avoid paying the site's commission. Then, according to Booking.com, those guests can't leave a negative review because they supposedly "didn't stay there." At least the place is close to the market, with several wholesale liquor stores nearby and a wonderful cafe serving real espresso. You can't drink what the Abkhaz call "Turkish coffee."

The hostess was friendly and attentive, and the property had a kitchen on the second floor, pleasant outdoor seating on its own grounds, Wi-Fi, jellied meat, and rooms with a TV, air conditioning, and a kettle. The market is nearby, along with wholesale stores where prices are 20-25 percent lower than in the city center, plus a cafeteria and other cafes. The drawbacks were ants on the first floor, nighttime power cuts, and a shower stall with slippery tiles. July 2021.
