The location is one of the best in Pitsunda, with shops, cafes, and the sea nearby. Across the street is a gated community, which keeps the area quieter and less crowded. There are three houses, each with four rooms, and our spacious room had a balcony with a table and chairs. The grounds include parking, a private area, and plenty of pine trees, making it especially appealing for an off-season stay. The hostess was friendly and pleasant, and the room was otherwise great. My only complaints were too few outlets, not knowing how to set up the TV, and a shower drain that could have worked better. It was also freezing at night, but they provided an excellent heater and we used the split-system heating. We will definitely return. Finding a good room in Pitsunda in winter used to be difficult, but now things are different. Thank you for the hospitality and the relaxing stay.
