Peaceful, cozy, and comfortable, this place really feels like an oasis. The attentive, conscientious manager makes things easy, and guests can come and go whenever they like. Parking is available, and the pool area is wonderful. The sea is 450 meters away, and sometimes you can even hear the waves. Breakfast is included, which is very convenient. Pitsunda center is nearby, as is the Boxwood Grove National Park, close enough to reach on foot and enjoy every day. I definitely want to return. Highly recommended.

The large grounds are well maintained, with lights, flowers, fruit trees including apples, kiwi, and grapes, and chickens wandering around while the roosters crow in the morning. There's gated parking, a small playground, and a separate cottage for large groups. The pool area is quite clean and heated, and there is also a sauna and barbecue space where you can sit with friends without bothering anyone. The guest cafe has reasonably priced food. The location is near pine trees, with pleasant air, asphalt all the way to the gate, several shops within walking distance, and an easy road toward Pitsunda. The beach is reachable on foot and has both sand and pebbles, including black sand. Nearby are wild and developed sections, a sanatorium, and the boxwood grove. However, the entrance to the water is steep and has large rocks. The walk to the sea takes about 10 minutes along a gravel road through the village. The Bzyb river reaches the sea here, so the water is colder than nearer Pitsunda. After rain, the river is dirty as well. Since the sea is open, the waves can be large. During our 10-day stay there were always waves, so we went swimming in Lidzava or Pitsunda, where the water was much calmer. The beach also had cow dung and sticks or trees. With a car or a willingness to travel, this is less of an issue. During heavy rain, the electricity and water are cut off. Breakfasts are average and repetitive. There are seven options, but they are mostly variations of porridge, pancakes, scrambled eggs, syrniki, cake, and coffee or tea. You can order other menu items for an extra charge, but staying longer than 3-5 days would be difficult for me because of the breakfasts. Our double room had a bed, two bedside tables, a small clothes shelf, a little table by the entrance, two chairs, and a small smart TV. A refrigerator and even a basic dish set with glasses or mugs, a knife, and a spoon and fork are really needed. We requested dishes from the cafe, but when returning late and hungry after it had closed, finding something to eat was difficult. Cleanliness was so-so. The bathroom fittings had plaque and there was mold in the corners. We stayed 10 days. Cleaning isn't included, although it can be requested for 200 rubles. Linen and towels are supposed to be changed on the fourth day, but you have to keep reminding them several times. The bathroom ventilation is poor, and water left on the floor can take several days to dry, which leads to mold. My suggestions for the owner are to add more places for guests to sit and talk, especially near the playground for parents, wash the floors at least every 3-4 days, put a refrigerator and dishes in the rooms, and install forced ventilation in the bathrooms.

The rooms are simple but contain everything necessary. It's cozy and warm, and breakfast is great. The sea is a little far away, though there is a heated pool on the property that stays open even in autumn.

The staff are friendly, and breakfast is especially good when they serve the excellent pancakes. The pool is very warm too.
