The biggest plus for us was the hosts, Enri and Lolita. They live nearby and are always ready to check that everything is fine or help with a question. You can also buy their chacha and compotes made from local berries and fruit. It felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel complex. We spent two weeks here in August 2020 with our two children. The sea is about a seven-minute walk with a stroller, across the road and through a lovely pine forest with wonderfully fresh air. Nights are quiet, with no lively cafes keeping anyone awake. Our room had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, a kettle, TV, mini fridge, and a bathroom with a shower. The gazebo's outdoor kitchen had everything needed, including a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, dishes, and utensils. Thank you for the hospitality.

We came here in October 2021 and really liked the calm, pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a private toilet and shower, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a large wardrobe that held all our things 😃 The sea is only about 5-10 minutes away. There's a big shop near the hotel where you can pay by card. It is behind the hotel, toward the dumpster, with a large gray house on the right. The hosts are wonderful, and we'd definitely return if we visit Pitsunda again. 👍

The children were happy here. It's about five minutes to the sea, and the property is private. The standard rooms include air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a shower. There's also a shared space with an outdoor kitchen, TV, and tables.
