The owners were warm and helpful, and the gated grounds gave us the quiet family break we wanted. We stayed with our family at the end of June and had a great time. Our cottage was new and matched the description, with a large open kitchen and all the necessary utensils. The little gazebos were perfect for meals, reading, or coffee. Shops, a bakery, and a gas station are close by, while Sukhum is only a 10-minute drive on a quiet road. The sea takes about three minutes to reach, with a broad, uncrowded shore, clear water, and sand mixed with small stones. Thank you for such a lovely vacation!

With 18 people, including children aged 2 to 14, we expected plenty of demands, but the hosts handled our group wonderfully and answered every request. The administrator was especially helpful and gave us very competent advice. The enclosed grounds made us comfortable letting the children go outside, and evenings were surprisingly quiet. The sea is close, and the small garden beside the houses has everything we needed, including gazebos, a barbecue, a mini kitchen, and comfortable furniture. The houses are large enough for four people, with spacious rooms and a veranda furnished with chairs and a table. We stayed there in summer 2024 and were very happy.

We spent July 2025 here and came away with nothing but positive impressions. The owners have created a real little oasis for a family holiday, and everything matched the description on the website. We'd gladly return to this wonderful recreation center!

The house was comfortable, and the sea was close by. The recreation center also has Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and a private gated area, so it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
