The courtyard is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the washing machine and the fully equipped kitchen. The hosts live on the property and are always ready to help. We stayed in June 2025 and liked the interior as well as the amenities. Shops, pharmacies, and grocery stores are all nearby, and there is direct access to the Sukhum embankment. In the evening it's a pleasant place to walk, with restaurants open and people out strolling.
