A great place with staff who are friendly and always willing to help. Since we aren't locals, we needed advice about taxis and finding certain places. The staff guided us, called taxis, and even checked that we got back to the hotel safely. The spacious illuminated pool was another highlight. Free tea, coffee, and cookies are available in the dining room, and you can drop in for tea whenever you like. The sea and several shops are close by. For farther trips, we either ordered a taxi or used the bus stop right near the hotel. We liked everything and plan to choose this hotel again.

The sea is only a relaxed 7-10-minute walk away, and the beach is quiet, clean, and not fully developed. There’s a shelter and a bar serving beer and ice cream, with music available on request. For more activity, including wok, katana, and bars, you can go to "Mokko," "Mornero," or "Medusa" by transfer arranged through the hosts, taxi, or minibus. The pass and the views made the two-hour trip from Sochi airport feel much shorter, though the war damage on some buildings was impossible to ignore. We arrived at about two in the afternoon and were welcomed by Dinara, the owner’s daughter. The fenced grounds have a security post with the kind guards Tamaz, Vakha, Timur, and Igor. There’s a barbecue area, tables, chairs, partitions, and a clean pool with easy access and evening lighting. Sun loungers and a small umbrella surround it, while children have a sandbox, slide, and swings. Our families had rooms 9 and 10 on the second floor. They had air conditioning, three single beds with comfortable mattresses, clean linen, bedside tables, lamps, a table, wardrobe, chairs, mirror, and refrigerator. Each guest received a bath towel and hand towel. The private bathroom was clean and included a toilet, shower, sink, mirror, disposable shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrushes. Linen is changed on request. There is also a private laundry and ironing room, with washing and drying costing 300 rubles, 500 rubles. Breakfast was included, while lunch and dinner could be ordered for 500 rubles per person. Breakfast options included porridge, pancakes, scrambled eggs, egg pancakes with ham, cottage cheese with sour cream, ham, sausages, cheese, cereal, milk, and zucchini pancakes. Sauces, black and green tea, and a hot thermos were freely available. The spacious dining room is on the ground floor, where attentive cooks prepare tasty food. We chose the Gulripsh district for our summer 2025 trip after deciding to see Abkhazia for ourselves despite the mixed online reviews. Leto Park Hotel stood out to us, so we contacted Saida, paid a 5,000 ruble deposit, and arranged an airport transfer. On July 29th, the Murmansk-Moscow flight went smoothly, but the Moscow-Sochi flight was canceled. After three hours at the airport, we finally left at 5:40 AM. If possible, take a direct flight. At Sochi airport, Stepan met us in an air-conditioned minivan, which mattered in the unusually muggy weather. The border crossing took 20 minutes. The views included high mountains, lush nature, and the sea after descending from the pass. Stepan and the family made us feel welcome. Vlad and his wife Saida, together with their children Diana and Dinara, work as a team for their guests. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. We wish the family health, prosperity, well-being, and many grateful guests.

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying here, especially the pool, which she loved. The nearby beach was fairly wild and didn’t have much for children, so we took a minibus to the beach and its cafes. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and the hotel food was delicious. We were very happy with the stay.

This quiet, homey hotel has a small green grounds area with a pool and outdoor dining. Our double-bed room was clean, and a crib was available when requested. It also had hot water, WiFi, a refrigerator, hairdryer, and air conditioning. The vegetarian food was delicious and served three times a day. There’s a mountain river nearby, while the sea takes 7-10 minutes to reach on foot. The beach was mostly sandy with some rocks at the waterline, and the water was clean. It was almost deserted, which we loved. The surroundings are peaceful, with greenery and birdsong. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
