The sea is very close, and there are cafes nearby with plenty of choices. The hotel and its grounds were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a TV, while the kitchen included all the needed utensils and appliances. Parking was excellent. There was also a laundry room for washing and ironing clothes, and excursions could be booked at the hotel. We arrived early but were still welcomed and checked in. During the booking, Ilya stayed in touch, answered every question in detail, and sent videos. Everything was arranged thoughtfully for a quiet family holiday. We spent New Year's Eve at the guesthouse and were treated like family from the moment we arrived. The beach is close, and the rooms were fresh and clean. We enjoyed the whole stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Our two weeks at this cozy guesthouse were wonderful. The team, including Ilya, Zhenya, and of course Zara, was cheerful, attentive, helpful, and did everything possible to make us comfortable. The rooms were excellent, with a TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, and bathroom. The new guesthouse sits near the center in a quiet area, and it also has a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue space.
