Toskana Mini-Hotel

We stayed in September 2025, and the experience was fairly neutral, exactly what you might expect from a 3-star hotel. The hotel does what it’s supposed to, but if you want a good mood, you mostly have to create it yourself. The buffet food was fresh and had a reasonable selection, though it was standard for this category. Rooms were cleaned daily and stayed clean. The pool was warm and chlorinated. Robes cost extra, while toothbrushes and toothpaste had to be requested from reception rather than being placed in the room, as explained by a special note there. My husband and I were given two single beds pushed together instead of one double bed, which made reaching the outlets very awkward and gave a slight impression of disregard for guests. Reaching the public beach means crossing the busy Abzhui Highway, and there are no loungers. Hotel towels cannot be taken to the beach, so plan accordingly. The food quality is subjective, but we found it very disappointing. We came during the season for local fruit and vegetables, yet they tasted plasticky and had no flavor. The pork and chicken had the same problem, without the natural distinctive taste expected from local produce. The hotel meets its three-star level, but 122,000 rubles for seven all-inclusive nights, excluding alcohol, seemed unreasonably expensive to me. For the same money, you could fly to a 3-star hotel in Turkey with a similar all-inclusive package and much better service, food, alcohol, and infrastructure. At that price, Turkey has already won, with both the sea and the service.
