The balcony view is incredible, with mountains that look different every day as the clouds change. The grounds are beautiful and carefully maintained, and the pool is cleaned in the morning. My sister and I were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning and trash removal. We had lunch at the dining room next door. The staff is friendly and responsive, and I have only positive things to say.

We were staying nearby and ate at the hotel cafe. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the menu has plenty of variety, so there’s something for every taste. The cafe staff were very friendly and polite, which matters a lot these days. Prices are reasonable for 2025. If you’re staying nearby, we recommend giving it a try! 👍👌

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Abkhazian courtyard. The sea is about 250 meters away, roughly a 10-minute walk at an easy pace. The food is filling and tasty, and the guys are clearly making a real effort. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for a great holiday.

We stayed in September 2023 and were very pleased with the well-kept grounds, decent rooms, and friendly staff. Everything we needed for a normal holiday was there, and we felt welcome from reception onward. The place was clean, trash was removed on time, and the bed linen and towels were changed every five days. We didn’t have meals included, and the kitchen didn’t work out for us. Maybe we were unlucky, or perhaps we chose the wrong dishes a couple of times, but we ended up eating elsewhere.

The hotel is in a quiet, convenient area, with the sea about 7-10 minutes away on foot. The rooms are bright and have everything needed, including a TV, split air conditioning, bedside lamps, and a shower. Daily housekeeping was appreciated, and the pool was clean. The staff were friendly, the grounds well maintained, and breakfasts were good. The on-site cafe serves tasty food at reasonable prices, and excursions to different destinations are available. The price to quality ratio is excellent.
