Hotel Arlen

My husband and I stayed in late August and early September and were very pleased. Our room had a beautiful sea view, a large bed, clean surroundings, and working plumbing. The grounds include a dining room, lounge area, and laundry facilities. A huge thank you to all the staff for their attentive, tactful service and good humor. We wish Arlen Guest House prosperity, health, and well-being for everyone there!

We booked a room with a private balcony for our week in July 2023, and it was absolutely worth it. The view was amazing, with the sea less than a hundred meters away. The rooms were clean and newly renovated, and there’s a flat-screen TV, though with that view, who needs one? There are a couple of nearby cafes with tasty shashlik, and the hotel has its own cafe-dining room. We loved everything and will definitely return. Thank you!

The sea view from the terrace was lovely, and the sea is three minutes away across the road and railway tracks. Trains are infrequent, though the route is downhill both ways. My room was spacious for one person, with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a closet, and a large bathroom. The water drained well, and the shower had good pressure and temperature. The beds, mattresses, linens, and bath towels were comfortable and clean. There was also a drying rack, table, and chair on the terrace. The room wasn’t cleaned once during my week. Since I was on the ground floor, cars parked under the windows and could rattle early in the morning. The shared kitchen was crowded and cleaned only as guests cleaned up after themselves, so surfaces weren’t sanitized. I caught a stomach virus, although local cafes aren’t guaranteed to be safe either. Power outages were also regular. I am grateful to the administrator for explaining everything by phone, coordinating my arrival, meeting me at 5 am, and checking me in.

My husband and I loved the cozy, clean, newly renovated rooms, the beautiful view, and the friendly staff. The food was excellent too. The beach is roughly 50-100 meters away, and excursions are reasonably priced.
