The sea is wonderfully close, literally a minute away, and the nearby cafes serve tasty meals. The hostess also provides a free border transfer, which takes about five minutes by car. Our room had a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, toilet, and shower, though it was very small. The main inconvenience was the electricity. It went out around 5 a.m. and returned at about 8 a.m., so there was no water for my morning shower. Apparently outages are a problem throughout Abkhazia. Still, the sea was clean, the weather was lovely, and people were kind and open. It's an okay budget option.

We have already stayed here twice and were met both times, once at Sochi airport and once at Tsandrypsh train station. The sea is only 50 steps away, and the balcony lets you see whether it is calm or stormy. The hosts are kind and attentive, the rooms have air conditioning, and the property includes gazebos, Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen for guests who cook. We were even allowed to bring our black cat and had space to walk with it in the grass. Shops and plenty of places to eat are within walking distance. Prices are very affordable, and we'll definitely return.

For the price, this place is simply fantastic. I stayed in a three-bed deluxe room with real wood trim, air conditioning, a kettle, towels, and all the usual amenities, which is apparently unusual in Tsandripsh. The hostess is a very positive person, and the sea is only a couple of minutes away. The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Our family has been returning here for 12 years, and we've never found a downside. The rooms are cozy, the beds are very comfortable, and grocery stores are nearby. The sea is just a few steps away, and the hosts are genuinely kind. Everything needed for a restful holiday is right here.
