The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. The only issue was that we missed the email saying check-in was at another hotel, about a 10-minute walk away, because we were in the mountains.

The reception process wasted our time, and we ended up losing money because of a ticket to the Tibetan Bridge. We were complaining there when we lost the tickets, and they refused to accept responsibility. They offered another apartment, but it was even worse than the first, and they only offered us one, so we had to go somewhere else. The two apartments they gave us, the second after we complained, were both beyond filthy. Hair was everywhere on the sofa and beds, the dishes were dirty, and the furniture was broken. It was disgusting. They talk about cleaning standards, but the reception area itself is visibly dirty. Their solution was vomiting, without even checking the condition of the accommodation.
