Apartmentals Canillo 3000 Jokes is not somewhere I would stay again. The apartment ruined our holiday, and I strongly advise against it, particularly for families with children. The practical basics were missing: there was no washing machine, kettle, toaster, cleaning service, towel replacement, duvet, or internet. The shower curtain let water flood the bathroom, the toilet seat fixtures were not properly safe, and insects came from beneath the floorboards and climbed onto the beds. A loose wardrobe door had been left behind the room door and fell, nearly injuring my 8-year-old daughter. The building was also unpleasant and insecure. Late-night parties and drunk guests caused constant noise. People tried to enter our room because the check-in instructions were confusing. An intoxicated resident jumped from a ground-floor window and urinated at the entrance. Parking was chaotic and unenforced, so we often had to unload at the bus stop, and people parked wherever they wanted. Don't waste money on parking. After a 3-hour journey, the check-in process required another hour of driving, and the director was willing to leave us stranded on our first night. Two different WhatsApp accounts sent conflicting information. Management ignored our complaints and was dishonest when challenged, and our parking refund is still being withheld without justification. I have lost trust in Booking.com for listing this property. If you have no choice but to stay, bring your own kettle, toaster, insect repellent, bleach, and duvet, and expect no washing machine, internet, or cleaning service. I would strongly advise staying away. (update 25.02.2025) Please read the owner's response carefully. We complained several times, all recorded on WhatsApp, and I will add screenshots showing the lack of response. The apartment owner has not addressed or rebutted any of the points. The director also seems angry and confused about who they are responding to. The complaints are clearly getting out of hand, which is why I called them Canillo 3000 Jokes. STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU! This was my worst apartment ever and not worth the money, it is a rip off. The cleaner owes us money, and so does the director.

The only real positive is the location, about a 5 min drive to Tarter. The beds aren't comfortable, and you can feel the sprio against your back. Cleaning was so-so too. The heating is extremely noisy, like water falling all the time.

Avoid.

For a relaxing family getaway, this place works very well. The apartment is bright, spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a full set of dishes and more appliances than a weekend would require. There are plenty of linens and toiletries too. The low booking price does mean extra services cost more, but even with those included, it remains affordable. My experience was fantastic and I highly recommend it.
