Being right on the slopes is the hotel's biggest advantage. It is well maintained, the staff are very friendly, and the restaurant has a good range of meals. There are also plenty of parking spaces beside the hotel. Keep in mind that this is a family hotel, so there may be hundreds of children running around who are not exactly controllable. The SPA is very small and was also full of children.

The dinner buffet was excellent, very large, and nicely presented. The rooms were spotless and serviced very well every day, which made this a brilliant ski hotel. The staff throughout the hotetel were efficient and very friendly.

The service was unbeatable. From the supervisor to the bartenders, everyone was attentive, kind, and keen to make us feel at home. The restaurant prices were very fair, and the location directly on the ski slopes was excellent. It was also quiet and peaceful. The nearby summer camp adds energy and fun to the area, while giving children a safe, engaging place and adults some mountain peace. It would suit a winter ski trip or a relaxing summer visit. The one downside is that it isn't dog friendly. Everything else was amazing.

The exterior of the hotel was impressive, with a beautiful garden, decent rooms, and a fun games room. Breakfast and dinner buffets were good, and the staff were friendly. Apart from a few problems, the stay was very pleasant. The SPA was poorly maintained and not fully operating, so it wasn't enjoyable to spend time there. We had asked for a quiet room with a nice view, but were first put above the dining hall, where it was noisy. The next room had a beautiful city view, but traffic and construction disturbed us in the morning, so we slept with ear plugs.
