The woman who welcomed us was really helpful, and the area itself was peaceful. Still, there isn’t much nearby in terms of shops or restaurants. We stayed for three nights, and while the house was generally okay, the old bathrooms and kitchen, poor maintenance, and shortage of cooking utensils made the apartment feel overpriced. The sofa also needs a thorough cleaning.
Everything worked brilliantly during our five days before Easter. The apartment was spacious and clean, with updated bathrooms, two parking spaces, and several restaurants close by. The cable cars are only a five-minute walk away. Karolina made the whole stay easy, from the booking and directions to the keys, parking, firewood, and sorting out any apartment problems. She was kind and quick every time. We’d happily return.
The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, with the slopes only a few meters away. Two parking spaces are included, although the garage entrance is too low for a 4x4 fitted with a storage box. The bathrooms are the one dated part. Apart from that, it was perfect and fully recommended.
We really didn’t want to leave. The apartment was lovely and had all the equipment we needed. Bruno, who handled check-in, was attentive and very kind, and he adjusted everything to suit us, including giving us plenty of flexibility with both arrival and departure.
The properties are a great fit for a ski trip in El Tarter, and communication was good throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive. I’d highly recommend it.
