The biggest weakness was the pillows, which were extremely thin. We managed by using all four, but light sleepers should probably bring their own earplugs too, since the walls are a little thin. Andrea at reception was lovely and really helpful, and covered parking is available for 10E per day or night, around half of what other places charge. The room itself is basic and somewhat dated, but it has what you need and was comfortable for the two of us. A family might find it cramped. The shower was hot with plenty of pressure, and the TV had Netflix, youtube and other apps. Our internet worked very well, although we were directly above reception, so we can't speak for the rest of the hotel. I had been nervous after reading the earlier reviews, but we had a great stay and I'd happily come back. The ski lifts are only 100m away, with bars, restaurants, pharmacies and super markets just a few minutes on foot. Pas de la Casa is small, so everything is close. It's not luxury, but it worked really well if you're not too fussy :))

The place is quite deteriorated, and the noise at night is bad. Complaining about it didn't seem to change anything. The bathrooms had mold, the mattresses were awful, and the dishwasher didn't work. There was also kitchenware missing.

There was no response or Reception when we arrived, even though we had a booking and had contacted them beforehand. The phone number provided was for the wrong country and nobody answered it, so we spent several hours walking around the streets asking locals for help. This is an absolutely terrible level of service, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it.

The sleeping arrangements were awful. The bed is a fold-out sofa, and sleeping on it is practically impossible. Children sleep in the hallway on a bunk bed, if you're traveling as a family. Parking costs extra as well. Supplies are very limited: one dishwasher tablet for the whole week and two toilet rolls. Once those are used, you have to buy more yourself.

Being next to the slope is the only real advantage )) Our room was poorly cleaned when we checked in. Hair was scattered around, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When I hinted to the receptionist about a possible perk, such as cheaper parking, she refused outright. There are also two nightclubs directly opposite the hotel. People who are stoned or tipsy regularly shout in the street, and the disturbance usually continues until around 3 a.m. Getting a proper night's sleep is difficult.
