A complete rip-off. The flat was dirty, the furniture was outdated, and it smelled like socks. The stained beds were awful, there were no towels, the staff were rude, and the heating couldn't be adjusted, so it felt like a sauna. We were charged for cleaning even though we left the flat in better condition. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would have given no stars if possible.

Be careful booking here. We reserved an apartment with three double beds, including a sofa bed and a normal bed, but got bunk beds instead. There were hidden charges added to our card after we left. Because we had to leave early, we couldn't be present when the apartment was checked. We were charged for a sofa bed that already had chipped wood when we arrived, and for cleaning even though we mopped the floors.

The staff were helpful and the service was great. Thanks to them for trying to arrange everything.

Booking the apartment more than six months ahead made it good value, but booking later or at a higher price probably wouldn't be worthwhile. The apartment itself was fine on the fifth floor. The elevator button there didn't work, so we had to call it from the fourth floor. The bedroom was comfortable, and the ski storage outside the door was very convenient. The walls were thin and noisy neighbors held parties until early morning. The bed felt a bit flimsy and cleanliness was only adequate. The reception staff, including the blonde French woman, were friendly and helpful. It's functional, but some things need improvement.
