I stayed with six friends and we had a great little snow holiday. The mattress was really good and the view was awesome. The sheets didn’t fit the bed, though, and the restaurant was closed. In my opinion, those are the things that need fixing or clearer information on the website.

It was clean and did what we needed. In the evening, when the bathroom door locked itself from the outside, there was nobody at the check in desk to help. The gym isn’t very well equipped either. The person I stayed with said the sauna was definitely worth trying, though.

The apartments were clean, spacious, and lovely, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was heated before we arrived, maybe a little too much. Being so close to the ski lifts was really handy. The only downside was that the pool room was closed.

You can hear every neighbor partying, and the furniture is worn out. In the rooms there’s no shower gel, tissues, tea, coffee, or even salt, and you have to make your own bed. There’s no hotel service and no restaurant for breakfast. This is a very low quality apartment block for a seriously inflated price, worse than an Airbnb apartment.

We’ve stayed here for the last three years, but I was a little disappointed this time. The cleaning was poor, with old flies in the corners, and guests now have to buy their own toilet paper. It’s still a nice place in a good location.
