Good service.

The location right at the bottom of the slopes is excellent, and the apartments have plenty of space. Those are the only two good points. Everything feels dated and badly in need of renovation. The beds are very uncomfortable and the mattresses were dirty. You can hear practically everything, especially if your apartment is beside a lift. The parking setup makes me wonder who designed it, since most vehicles won’t fit.

That balcony had a beautiful view, and it was pretty much the only ventilation. The rest of the apartment was a mess. It was cramped like a Tetris game, with creaky beds, paper thin mattresses, barely padded pillows, and blankets full of holes. The sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable and looked like it dated from the 1970s. In the tiny bathroom, you had to back in with the door practically against your face. The light switches were broken, so you had to poke a finger inside to turn on the already poor lighting. The kitchen reminded me of my grandmother’s, with half broken tools, including a pot and a pasta strainer crusted with burnt food. They left me a cleaning kit so I could clean everything myself, and said they’d charge €40 if I didn’t do it properly. The place was shabby despite its lovely setting, and the staff were too rude. When I asked about my €150 deposit, the grumpy man said there was no money left. It felt like he didn’t want to return my money.

The view was incredible, and finding the rooms was fairly simple. The location is good, and the hotel is pleasant enough for a day or two, but I wouldn’t stay longer. I left a little disappointed. The apartment had been cleaned, though not especially well, and the floor wasn’t great. The previous guests clearly hadn’t been cleaning experts either. Sound insulation was poor, practically nonexistent, and what you could hear from the neighbors was worrying. The parking lot was nearly impossible to use: getting in took almost an hour, and getting out took just as long. Whoever designed it deserves a medal for worst architect.
