8/10
The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and stocked with everything needed for a holiday. The heating was set perfectly, and the showers were hot. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of a walk to the station, so we chose to drive to El Tarter instead. We were very pleased and would definitely use this accommodation every time we ski. Thank you.

When we arrived, we were told the boiler was broken and the rooms weren’t available, with no warning before check-in. We asked for help finding another place, but the staff refused and left us entirely to sort out accommodation ourselves. Since we were a group of 8, finding somewhere at the last minute was especially difficult. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and we were abandoned. Never stay here.

I was asked for a 200 EUR deposit, which was disappointing. The reservation information also gave the wrong distance to the gondolas.

2/10
The service was poor, the rooms were dirty, and there wasn't any warm water.

2/10
The room was cold because the radiators didn't work, and neither the toilet nor the stove functioned. It was also dirty, as though nobody had cleaned it. The walls were extremely thin, and the windows wouldn't shut fully. The 3 stars don't seem deserved.
