The agency managers were professional, responsive, and available, and we had a wonderful holiday that we’ll gladly repeat. We rented apartment L44V1 in Encamp for 3 nights, for 4 people, at €354, which was excellent value for money. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and had an elevator, parking, two bedrooms with double beds, plus two small folding beds in the living room. The enclosed balcony, like a veranda, was especially useful in cold weather. Bed linen and towels were supplied, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a TV with French channels. The funicular is a 5-minute walk away for direct access to the slopes, and Andorra is a 10-minute drive. The water heater ran out quickly, so long showers aren’t a good idea! 😅 There was also some morning noise from the common areas, although it didn’t bother us much. I highly recommend them for a stay in Andorra. Thank you!

Everything in the apartment was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and only 1km from the slopes. The reason I’m not giving five stars is that a car is needed for almost everything, including skiing, eating out, and shopping at the supermarket. Within walking distance, there are only four hotels and a gas station.

Alain and Violaine are welcoming, helpful, and always happy to share useful information. They offer a broad choice of clean, well-equipped apartments, making this a good base for a pleasant holiday and for discovering the treasures of Andorra. Definitely an address to remember and recommend.
