The location is good, with a mountain view and the beautiful sound of a waterfall in the background. Breakfast was limited but acceptable for the price. Unfortunately, the rooms smelled strongly of old sewage. There was also mold in the shower, which shouldn’t be present in a hotel in 2025 😞. Hopefully it might be better next time.
A good value for the money, with plenty of amenities and a very convenient position close to the Arinsal gondola🚠.
The hotel was much nicer than we expected. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the shower was hot, powerful, and excellent. The drinks were reasonably priced and generously sized, and the continental breakfast was good too. I’d gladly recommend the place and return.
The location couldn’t be better, just one minute from the cable car station, and the staff were brilliant, friendly, and always helpful. My son and I had five comfortable nights here. The building shows some wear from skiers, ourselves included, but it provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the popular locals bar, where people were welcoming and happy to chat. Breakfast had a good range of continental pastries, cereals, meats, and cheese. The ski locker is free, but bring a small padlock or hire one for a refundable €5. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely return.
Basic, clean, comfortable, and in a great location, so it was exactly right for us. Did anyone else notice anything ghostly happening during their stay?
