After staying here for four years, I’ve seen it become worse and more expensive. The rooms were dirty, the Wi-Fi was bad, and towels were only changed after I complained three days later. There was no soap in the bathroom, and breakfast was identical every morning during our one-week stay. The New-Year's Eve "meal" was included, but for 60 euros it amounted to a small starter, which we didn’t receive because there wasn’t enough, roast lamb or salmon with potatoes, though there were no potatoes again, and cheap ice cream served straight from the cardboard box by the owner. I do not recommend it.

The rooms were basic, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast started very well on the first day, but went downhill after that. Dinner’s menu was awful, and the bar even ran out of beer.

Our experience was nothing like the reviews below suggested. The accommodation was cramped and everything looked very dated. The only staff member we dealt with was extremely unpleasant and rude. In our room, an electrical socket was pulling away from the wall, the smoke alarm seemed to have plastic wrap or something over it, and the half-sized bath was so small I didn’t know that was possible. Bugs were crawling on the walls. WiFi was okay, which was useful since cell data can’t be used in Andorra. Breakfast was just bread, cheap cold cuts, room-temperature juice cartons, stale donuts, and similar items. For €3, I could have bought a nicer breakfast at the grocery store. I wouldn’t recommend this place, since for the same price or €5 more you can find clean accommodation with better service and nicer food.

The setting is wonderful, right among the mountains and still reasonably close to the ski slopes. It has a pleasant atmosphere, good food, and prices that feel fair.
